Jason Olson grew up in Amity and always knew that he wanted to return to a rural area of Oregon. As a physician assistant student in Pacific University’s rural health care track, he applied for and was awarded one year of funding for tuition and fees through the Primary Health Care Loan Forgiveness Program (PCLF). In exchange, Jason had to fulfill a one year service obligation in a rural area of Oregon upon graduation.
