Professor Christian Calderon joined the College of Business at Pacific University in August 2017. He teaches management courses such as Organizational Behavior, Introduction to Human Resource Management, and Diversity in Organizations. Prior to entering academia, Christian worked for over 15 years at a top construction services company in NYC and in an international consulting firm in Miami. His work experience includes Project Management, Business Analysis, Corporate Training, Recruitment, and Mentoring. A native of Peru, Christian speaks Spanish fluently and has a passion for traveling and coaching.
