My name is Blaise Pfaffmann, and I am a third-year student at Pacific in the School of Audiology. My anticipated graduation date is August 2021. I have a Bachelors’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University. During that time, I worked as a full-time para-professional implementing behavioral therapy to children who were at risk or diagnosed with developmental delays. With the combined career experience and education, I have pursued my doctorate in Audiology to continue working alongside the pediatric population in a different clinical setting. I decided to gain a concentration in interprofessional education to further my collaboration and interprofessional teamwork as I know it will help my patients in the future.
