About Me

Arhe V. Vaninetti (he/him) is currently in pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Pacific University, Oregon. Mr. Vaninetti is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, and aims to pursue a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. At Pacific University, he is a Resident Assistant working in the Residence Life department, where he is responsible for the well-being and oversight of 40+ undergraduate students. Furthermore, he is involved in the Human Resources department of Pacific University as the Assistant to the HR Director. In this role, he is responsible for projects including student employment betterment, and employee appreciation. Alongside his position in HR, he is also a Teaching Assistant for Dr. Erica Kleinknecht for an Intro to Psychology course, where he assists with grading, encourages students, and supports the professor. In his free time, Mr. Vaninetti has also worked for the Center for a Sustainable Society at Pacific University, where he focused on graphic design and marketing, the Free Store project, and assisted with the composting program. He is interested in human systems, hierarchies, and notions of philosophy, and in his free time, he is an avid enjoyer of books with profound meanings and English breakfast tea.
